<p><strong>Cara Membuat:</strong><br />
Didihkan air, masukkan daun singkong, Masak hingga daun singkong lunak tapi tidak hancur angkat dan tiriskan. Panaskan 2 sendok makan minyak,tumis semua bumbu hingga harum,angkat dan tiriskan kemudian haluskan.<br />
Panaskan minyak ,tumis bumbu halus hingga harum ,tambahkan teri kemudian aduk rata lalu angkat.<br />
Ambil 2 lembar daun singkong letakkan 2 sendok teh sambal teri.bungkus berbentuk bulat.lakukan hingga sambal habis.sajikan.<br />
Tips:<br />
Agar daun singkong tetep hijau tambahkan garam bleng/puli pada saat merebus.<br />
Jika tidak suka teri yang terlalu asin ,bungkus teri dengan kertas merang dan rendam beberapa saat sebelum digoreng.<br />

Bahan:</p>
<ul>
<li>Tempe kedelai 200 gram ,kukus ,haluskan.</li>
<li>Corned beef 50 gram.</li>
<li>Petai 5 biji,potong tipis.</li>
<li>Santan kental 50 ml.</li>
<li>Santan cair 250 l dari ¼ butir kelapa.</li>
<li>Tepung tapioka 1 sendok makan.</li>
<li>Daun salam 1 lembar.</li>
<li>Lengkuas 1 cm,memarkan.</li>
<li>Daun bambu secukupnya.</li>
</ul>
<p>Bumbu Halus:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bawang merah 5 butir.</li>
<li>Bawang putih 2 siung.</li>
<li>Cabai merah 2 buah.</li>
<li>Cabai rawit 3 buah.</li>
<li>Kencur ½ cm.</li>
<li>Ketumbar ¼ sendok teh.</li>
<li>Garam secukupnya.</li>
<li>Gula merah secukupnya.</li>
</ul>
<p>Cara Membuat:</p>
<ul>
<li>Campur tempe,corned,petai dan tepung tapioka dan bumbu halus hingga rata.</li>
<li>Tambahkan santan kental,aduk rata.</li>
<li>Susun beberapa daun bambu ,isi dengan tempe secukupnya.bungkus seperti bakcang ,ikat dengan tali.</li>
<li>Didihkan santan ,lengkuas dan daun salam.masukkan adonan tempe yang telah di bungkus,masak hingga matang dan bumbu meresap.angkat.</li>
<li>Sajikan hangat.</li>
</ul>
<p>Tips:<br />
Jika tidak ada daun bambu anda bisa menggantinya dengan daun pisang,atau daun pandan.</p>
